International Orders & Duties

Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, tariffs, or brokerage fees that may be assessed by their country upon delivery. These charges are determined by customs authorities and are outside of our control.

If a shipment is refused due to unpaid duties or taxes, the buyer is responsible for any return shipping costs and carrier fees incurred. These amounts will be deducted from the refund once the item is returned.
