Due to the one-of-a-kind, vintage, and small-batch nature of our jewelry, all sales are final unless otherwise stated in the individual listing.

Please review all photos, measurements, and descriptions carefully before purchasing. We are happy to answer any questions prior to checkout.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of confirmed delivery with photos so we can review and assist promptly.

Customs, Duties & Refused Shipments

Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, tariffs, or brokerage fees assessed by their country.

If a shipment is refused due to unpaid duties, incorrect address, or failure to accept delivery, the buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs, carrier fees, and any duties billed to the shipper. These amounts will be deducted from any eligible refund once the item is safely returned.
